October and December tests one week early at the Hub

The board of directors has approved a change to the test schedule at the Hub. The October test will be on 10/12/2013 and the December test will be on 12/14/2013. The change to the October test date is to avoid conflict with a tournament held on 10/19 by Martial Arts America. The change to the December test date is to reduce potential conflicts with holiday travel. The makeup test dates will also be one week earlier so that they follow the modified test dates by one week as usual: 10/19 and 12/21.
