GuideOne Imagineve Demo 12/31/2013

We have been asked to perform a demo for the GuideOne Imagineve event in downtown Des Moines. Mr. Siever is organizing the demo again this year.

There are a lot of people that attend this event so it's good exposure for the school and a fun way for our students to show their talents. There are many other activities going on after as well, with fireworks at 8 PM. This is a fun event so please consider coming to help out.

Here are the details:

What: GuideOne ImaginEve! family event

When: Tuesday December 31st, 2013. Our demo time is from 3:30 - 4:00 PM, participants will need to be there by 3:00 PM

Where: Hy Vee hall, Iowa Events Center, downtown Des Moines, Ia

Additional details: There is plenty of parking around the Iowa Event center and there are restrooms for people to change in so you don't need to wear your uniform on the street. We will meet up at the stage, which is on the south side of the Hy Vee hall.

If you or others are wanting to participate, please ask your instructor to inform Mr. Siever or give you Mr. Siever's contact information. Alternatively you can use the West Des Moines branch contact info found here and Ms. Bailey will forward information to Mr. Siever.
